"The staff were very courteous and polite and they helped me when I had questions or concerns. I was well pleased with their service and kindness. To anyone not familiar with the area, particularly westerners like myself, the hotel may appear to be in a dangerous location and it is a little tricky to find the entrance but it was not the case and eventually felt and realized it was safe and the food vendors cooked some tasty meals! I would recommend staying here to anyone and will come back again if I come back to Taiwan. Thank you staff members for your hospitality and kindness. Sincerely, Robbie "

I need to wake up early for my work commitments, and I really wanted to use the fitness center early, but I could not do it."

"The free shuttle only refers to the times given on website - from hotel to airport in the morning and from airport to hotel in the evening. There is very little in the area of the hotel- just a family mart across the road- but convenient location to the airport if you have a long transit. Staff were very polite and helpful! Rooms were big, clean and beds were excellent! "

"This is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome — they were incredibly friendly and truly went out of their way to help in any way they could. Our room was spotless and spacious, with an absolutely stunning view of the city and the mountains in the background. Waking up to that view every morning was such a treat. The food at the hotel was excellent — everything we tried was fresh and delicious. And I can’t forget to mention the rooftop pool! What an incredible spot to relax and take in the scenery. The location couldn’t have been better — you’re right next to public transportation, the bullet train, and surrounded by endless restaurant options. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We can’t wait to come back!"
