"A perfect sized cabin for 2 adults (and maybe a child) that is right on the river. The cabin was clean, well-maintained, with a comfortable full-size bed. The location is nice in that it is out of town, but still close to downtown and local attractions. It is on a main road, but the sound of the river covers the sound of the traffic."

"Plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. Nice sized kitchen and eating space. Rooms were super quiet and the neighborhood matched it. Checkin and out was a breeze. Only docking 1 star for the lack of recent landscaping. The grass was 2ft tall and weeds were overtaking the back patio space. Not a huge deal, just a little gnarly. Overall, I would highly recommend this property for its family friendliness, its close proximity to Old Town, and access to the light rail to Denver’s downtown...

"The location was perfect for us. The condo was exactly as stated. The deck next to the river was soothing and attracted many elk! We had a snafu with the keys and Jeff worked overtime to solve our issue. We would definitely rent again."
