The view of the sea in April was spectacular The beach is rather stony not sandy but the placemet our needs perfectly. We stayed there one night only to break up a tarp from Thessaloniki to Athens. "As there was an unforeseen problem with the apartment, the host promptly found us another in the block. The location was beautiful, on the water's edge surrounded by mountains. A quiet area of the town but plently of restaurants and shops, within an easy walk. "

"We spent a wonderfully relaxing week with our extended family ages 7 months to 63 at Michael & Dimitria's beautiful and expansive home. The house was filled with comfortable spaces to lounge and congregate for meals, drinks and fun times in the pool. We enjoyed our short morning strolls to the local bakery, dinners at the local taverna accompanied by live bazouki music and short drives to the nearby beaches. We had a fun day on a sailboat arranged by Michael and also spent a day seeing the sights in Meteora. In between all this activity we lounged around and in the refreshing pool. The house was very clean and orderly. We especially enjoyed cooking for our crowd in the large well equipped kitchen. Michael & Dimitria were excellent hosts. If you're looking for a quiet Greek village without tourists but with a warm and friendly vibe, we recommend lovely Achinos."
