"The property was in the perfect location. Very central within a few minutes walk to the central square, restaurants, bars, theatre, shops. Bus stop right outside with the service covering up & down the coast. It was clean & the bed was very comfortable. Toiletries were provided as were tea and coffee facilities. The host was lovely."

Its in a peaceful location (2 minutes from the Chillingham cattle visitor centre). Our host Mhairi couldn't have been more thoughtful or welcoming during our stay. We were staying in the Family Room, but were not advised when booking that on our second night immediately below that room would be a rock band, performing until 10:30pm. Immediately below the Family Room!?!?!? The floor was literally shaking, which left us with 3 distressed children. A really appalling situation. "The owner was very helpful and could give good advice about where to eat. "

"I booked this apartment for my engineer, he attended site and was told this is in a bad area of town. He went back to the apartment around 9pm and there were multiple parties in the area and had strangers approach him and was made very uncomfortable. He drove back to London. Would not recommend this property. "
