The staff were so lovely and made our stay even more pleasant with adding little personal touches to our room for our celebration. Breakfast was also good and had lots of options. "

Nespresso and tea fully stocked and very comfortable beds. A little further away from the hustle and bustle, which can be seen as a positive or negative. Nice and clean area. About a 20-25 minute walk along the River to Westminster bridge. "

The room was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable, just what we needed to have a relaxing time after sightseeing and shopping during our days there. Room service evening meals were excellent in content and value and the staff were pleasant and helpful. We will definitely book again."
