Steps to the 1/4 mile private beach with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and separate vanity area with sink. You'll fall in love with the 1,019 square feet of room to roam, decorated with all the comforts of home and beach shabby chic decor! Screened lanai with adorable high top cafe table to enjoy your morning coffee or happy hour cocktails! Fully equipped kitchen, king sized bed in master bedroom, two twin beds in 2nd bedroom, Smart TVs in living area and both bedrooms and high-output wifi. Equipped with washer & dryer, newer AC and hot water heater.

Located in the desirable Seaplace condominium community, Seaplace is a 44-acre resort complex, with two heated pools with spas and a kiddie pool overlooking the Gulf, three lit Har-Tru tennis courts and a newly renovated clubhouse, on-site management with maintenance and security staff. The clubhouse has exercise facilities and a sauna, a large veranda with gas grills and beautiful seating with a breath-taking view of the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy the one-mile walking/biking trail that is around the perimeter of the property.
