Offered by FL Vacation Connection, Beachplace is a wonderful community known for its beautifully manicured grounds, outstanding amenities (pool, hot tub, clubhouse with workout facilities, tennis, BBQ grill area, library and small children's pool.)

This corner unit with 2 bedrooms plus a den has a walk-down and is a great addition to our inventory of Beachplace units. Light and bright with an updated kitchen. High speed internet service is a plus for those who need to keep in touch.

Enjoy the reflecting pond right outside your door and relax on the patio with a glimpse of the gulf. Beachplace has everything you could dream of including gated 24 hour security, private beach access with chairs, club-house, fitness center, heated pool/spa, separate wading/children's pool, four har-tru tennis courts, elevators and a voluntary library where you can borrow books. Even a car washing station, EV Car charging station and BBQ grills (only at the pool area).

April Getaway

Beachplace is a lovely condo community set right on the beach at the south end of Longboat Key. The owners and lessees were friendly and welcoming. The private beach is a short walk past the clubhouse, pool, athletic facilities, etc. Great for morning walks along the beach and for viewing spectacular sunsets! Lots of amenities and easy access to stores, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend this location to you!

Fantastic

We had some problems in the beginning because of work being done in other condos. But Jeff was there to try and help us make the best of it! The view from our condo was just amazing!

THE UNIT WAS WELL EQUIPT FOR COOKING ETC. WE MOSTLY DINED OUT! PROPERTY VERY NICE, BEACH, POOL AND SPA GREAT! PROPERY OFFICE PERSON GRUMPY, BUT OVERALL STAFF NICE AND FRIENDLY! NICE BIKE RIDING AROUND! WE PLAN ON RETURNING.!

Beautiful!

We loved our stay at Beach place. The condo was clean, very well stocked and quite comfortable. Beach place is a beautiful property with a lovely pool that my kids enjoyed and the beach at your door step. Long boat key is truly a gem that makes you feel like you have your own private island.
