From the beginning of the reservation process to checking out, communication with the owner was excellent. All details and information needed for a great stay was provided. Very nice place. The hosts were great and responsive. They were easy to talk to and accommodating of our requests. There's plenty to do in the house. We had a big group and we were able to sleep comfortably. The Internet was fast and there was pool, ping pong, darts and more.

Everything was great, the only things to note was the Hot tub had an odd oder when we lifted the cover, so we did not use. Also the downstairs shower near the game room could have been cleaned a little bit better.

Stayed with a group of 8 for a long weekend of golf and other fun activities. This house worked out perfectly. I really enjoyed the game room and comfy couches. The house supplied many extras items which was very helpful.

Fun place for a weekend with the boys. The game room is really fun and we spent most of our time there. Great screened in patio out back and an awesome grill. Really cozy entertainment room with big tv, couch and bar area. 3 bathrooms too. Really great. Host was very responsive to messaging. Would recommend.

Overall we had a great time staying at the Big Blue Lake House. We comfortably had enough room for 11 men and the game room with billiard table was a big hit! The decks were awesome to hang out on during the cool poconos summer nights. The only thing i would note is that the host only provided 2 rolls of paper towels (not Costco size) which we went through by day 2 so make sure to bring additional paper towels, also could be helpful to bring cleaning supplies such as disinfectant wipes or similar if you are a clean freak to use during your stay.

Our weekend getaway at Big Blue Lake House exceeded our expectations. The game room was undoubtedly the highlight, providing endless entertainment with ping pong, shuffleboard, and an games that kept everyone engaged throughout the stay. The house's spacious layout accommodated our group perfectly, offering ample bedrooms and beds for a comfortable night’s rest after each day’s adventures. We were impressed by the quality and variety of amenities. The game room’s sound system added to the fun, while the reliable high-speed internet made it easy to stream movies and keep everyone connected. The backyard fire pit was a delightful addition, allowing us to enjoy outdoor cooking and create memorable moments under the stars. Overall, Big Blue Lake House provided an ideal setting for relaxation and enjoyment in the Poconos.

A total of 10 of us stayed at the big blue lake house a weekend in the beginning of April for my bachelor party celebration. We had an amazing time! The house was very clean and provided ample space as well as a nice kitchen with everything included. Linens and an air mattress were provided which made the visit very worry free! It’s right in the middle of everything as well, a short drive to grocery stores and Walmart. You couldn’t beat it. The only thing I would have changed was the amount of time we have stayed, I wish we had stayed a few more nights to keep the fun going. It was a great place to celebrate my upcoming wedding and to hang with the guys that are most important to me.

Really enjoyed the house for a weekend away with friends. Sleeping rooms were good, and lots of common area including a large dining area (table for 8-10+), screened in porch dining, and living room seating for 8. Game room was awesome, with darts, pingpong, pool, shuffleboard, and more. Lawn games also available including cornhole & canjam (though we didn't see a frisbee). If there was one gripe about the house, it'd be that the kitchen wasn't particularly well stocked with pots/pans, but that wasnt a big issue for us as we used the grill extensively instead which is great. Thank you for having us at your great house!

I was looking for a little getaway for the family and stumbled upon this last-minute, 4-bedroom awesomely gorgeous place. This house is a few feet away from Emerald Lake. It is amazingly great and have everything: huge sit-in kitchen with every tool and utensils necessary, very spacious, 3 bathrooms, game room, Big screen TV's, Wi-fi, Netflix, screened porch, 2 decks with BBQ grill and outdoor furniture, including a stylish gas firepit. Though the weather was not ideal for outdoor activities during our stay, we had tons of fun staying indoors and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The game room kept us very busy and entertained us for days. The booking process was simple and easy and the owner was very helpful and on point. Responses always came within minutes or seconds. It didn't matter whether it was texts or emails. (Thanks, Allie!) The shower in the Lower Level can use a little more water pressure, and the couch in the main Living Room can use a little upgrade, but other than that, the house is a gem. The family and I certainly plan on returning in the not-so-distant future. Great stay...Awesome place!!!!
