"Room was clean and the area clean. The area was nice place to rest after a busy schedule. Staff were great and made our stay extra special over the Tet holiday. "I have had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, taking care of everything for me. The room was spacious and offered a fantastic view of Sapa and the surrounding mountains.
