"We found the property clean but lacking, certainly not "Superb". The decor was sparse e.g. bare light bulbs. Negatives Bathroom: no mirror, no towel rails, only one hand towel in the property for three. Kitchen: Two sets of knives & forks for three, no large glasses or wine glasses, no fire blanket/extinguisher, no downstairs smoke alarm I could spot. Abbie on reception was BRILLIANT

"We arrived tired after travelling most of the day but found that we had made an error on the booking. Abbie on reception took it upon herself to sort out the error and advised us to relax in the bar while she sorted it out. We cannot thank her enough for her help and kindness which really made our stay so very special. THANK YOU Abbie."

"This is my third stay at the Indigo and it did not disappoint. My daughter is a U.S. student at Durham and so we love the proximity to her college and the town. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, and the property is clean. The bar and restaurant are both good as is the cafe in the lobby. The Indigo is my hotel of choice when in Durham and I highly recommend it!"
