"The room was clean and the staff was nice. Having a fridge in the room and access to streaming platforms was a plus. Bathroom and shower were clean. Free coffee was great and they held our bags for us while we explored the city before check in and after our check out. Location was close to transit and convenient to access all the city activities in our itinerary. The only downside was no water refill station, only bottled water that was sold downstairs and it had ran out when we were there. Overall, pretty solid stay, I would definitely come back here again."

"It's a comfortable place to stay in New York City without paying too far from Manhattan and having to pay a lot of money. There is a parking lot for those who arrive driving, which I found very comfortable. It is walking distance from two different train stations. I felt safe around the area. The facilities are simple but comfortable."

"Breakfast consisted of only a couple of things. For instance, there was no eggs, or other protein. There was only waffles, bread, cereal, juice and coffee. The biggest flaw is that the room did not have any storage for clothes. No shelves, no closet. No drawers. Nothing so we literally had to leave and grab our clothes directly from our luggage the whole stay. The restroom and the bedroom could be a little more clean. There was dust visible everywhere on the TV stand on the bed frames on the coffee machine, etc. The restroom had traces of mold. The mattresses were visibly stained on the sides so I did not dare look under the bed fitted sheets. Other than that, the room was fairly clean and the stuff was very nice and helpful."
