This is a super elevated motel vibe. Area is janky but accommodations were excellent.

Our business trip was amazing here! Marco ( Food & Beverages Manager) was so courteous and really took care of us gals. All the staff was pleasant. Only critique is heavier blankets for the winter. Overall, excellent.

My stay was perfect. This family run hotel is outstanding, and great value for the money. Room (facing pool) was large, quiet and in perfect condition. Small private terrace with lounge chairs a big plus. Bathroom is large and modern with 5 star amenities (I appreciate that). Entire hotel feels like it was recently renovated. Will definitely stay here again!

Had a fabulous stay at Ace. Super cool vibe, helpful and responsive staff, and an awesome corner room with remarkable views.

It is located a few minutes of walking to the water front. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Hyatt Place East End was a very nice stay. Clean facilty, nice breakfast included, 2 pools. Would have like to see out door bar by the pool open.

Although this was not a stay for happy times as i was there for a funeral, i must say i took note, nonetheless, that the kitchen was well stocked and all utensils and appliances very clean. That alone, tells me they care about their guest. I noted the area to be convenient to a restaurant and a Walmart which is helpful in a longer stay. I recommend this hotel highly.

This hotel is my go to when traveling in the JFK area, staff has always friendly and helpful. As a solo female traveler, coming in sometimes late at night I feel safe in this area and will continue to use this location for future travel needs.

Stayed for Halloween weekend without knowing there was going to be a MAJOR Halloween Party at the Hotel, which was a nice surprise until wewanted to get 4 hours of sleep before check out time… Be aware that rooms are not soundproof like advertised. We were on 5th floor on the other side of hotel where party was happening and could hear loud music banging at 7, 8, 9, 10am of Sunday. Telephone in the room was not working to talk to reception, neither they were responding via text messages, so I...

We loved our oceanfront apt. Easy access to the beach. Bed very comfortable room very clean. Would definitely stay again. Adequate room for 2 but would be too tight for 4. Couldn't see the beach as well from the bottom floods so I'd prob rent upstairs.

Comfortable bed, ample space, beautiful bathroom

Overall we thought that this hotel offered great value, with free dinner and breakfast. The staff was friendly and our bedroom was very spacious and comfy. Yes, the carpet is a bit old and could use a good shampooing, but all in all, we had a great stay
