"This house was amazing from decor, all things needed for pool, beach, cooking everything!Loved the two washer machines and driers! Great location! If you want to visit all the beaches this house is in the middle each way! Close to grocery and liquor stores also!!"

"We had great stay at Osprey. The location of the house is excellent- only a few steps away from the Tropic of Cancer beach. It’s one of the best beaches at Exuma. There is a restaurant/bar at beach entrance. They sell very good burgers. House host, Richard and Shauna are in Canada. When there was a storm and power outage they called me and told us where to find battery powered fans and charger. So helpful. Luckily the power cut only lasted a few hours. There is no washer/ dryer in the house. But the cleaning lady Dianna changed towels, bringing fresh water and helped our laundry. This house looks very new and A/C are very powerful. The furnitures are very new, too. Beds are very comfortable. We chose this house because they allow pets. It’s very hard to find a water front property allowing pets. We brought our dog with us. He loves the beach. Starlink is very good. So our teenager boy is happy. The kitchen has so many plates, cups, tools, everything we need. Also we used kayaks for exploring two islands near the beach. It was super fun. Nearby restaurants we liked Arwark Club (best conch fritters) and Tropic Breeze. Blu on the water is one of the finest restaurants on the island. All of our family enjoyed the stay. Really appreciate it. "

"All the reviews you read a true. This was our 2nd time staying at Charlie’s place. Charlie is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. His villas are spotless and he has everything you need including car and boat rentals. This is the best location if you want secluded beaches. Just kayak over and explore Man-O-War Cay. The most beautiful colors of blue water and white sand in the world and you have it all to yourself! Driving can be a little intimidating with narrow roads. "

"Staff was wonderful. Grounds are well-maintained and clean. Rental cars were available on-site. For those who are new to snorkeling or have kids, there's a good spot at the gut at the northern end of the property if people aren't fishing there. Snorkeling's also good at the Columbus monument's beach, a short drive north of CSMBR."
