"Overall the place was fine. Everything worked as it should. We normally stay waterfront but opted for a small kitchen area and ended up here. It is on the opposite side of the road from the water. Exuma is beautiful but if you’re looking for a lot of activities, this is not the place. If your looking for beautiful beaches and white sand, this is the place to come."

"Good stay on Exuma nice what appeared to be new or recently renovated 4 unit VRBO. 2 bedroom with couch, mattresses so new sound and felt like they still had the plastic bag wrappers on them which was a little odd. Kitchen was well outfitted although we didn't use it. Lots of towels pillows blankets hangers etc. Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. Few minutes from George Town and 15 min to airport. We rented a car, plenty if parking out front. Cozy 2 bedroom and couch. Great for 2 friends or...

"The property is located away from the town, off the beaten path. It is a nice hideaway for the remote traveler. It is an upstairs apartment and there are fruit trees in the yard! Also it is a secluded and quiet neighborhood. The only suggestion would be to do a little upgrade to the place. We did not use the pool, so can't comment on that. The property manager is very communicative and responsive to concerns."

"This was my 3rd time to Exuma and I took my 2 teenagers for their first time. Peter and Betty were wonderful hosts. They answered my questions quickly and were waiting for us when we arrived to show us around their wonderful property. The location is wonderful, very close to 2 grocery stores and a short distance to Georgetown. I would definitely stay there again if I make it back to Exuma!"
