"It was a pretty setting on the lake. We enjoyed sitting out by the lake and canoeing. The Inn was quaint and had an easy going vibe. The band was a nice addition. "

"This was a one of a kind experience that we will never forget. The dome sits on a beautiful piece of property that is your own private oasis. There are little details (like champagne, towels, assistance with bags) that make it so welcoming and larger comforts (like the air con/heat, comfortable bed, great grill) that make it a true ‘glamping’ experience. "The building is a charming and homey bed and breakfast. The staff are extremely welcoming and excited to have guests. The breakfast is available as quick, pre-packaged grabs, or as a sit-down hot meal. Our room had an extremely soft bed, and internet was easy to connect to; no hoops to jump through or portals to sign up for. Parking is free and first come-first served. I would reccomend this spot to friends and others. My only recomendation to the managment would be to increase eco-friendliness where able."

"I love hotel Wayne for its historical character, its distance to everything honesdale, and having the restaurant & bar downstairs with Paulies food directly behind it. The 2 bedroom apartment is over the wine room which is nice since it’s a private (and only 1 ) stairway. While there’s limited hotel accommodations, this one will give you everything you need. I will always upgrade from the standard room (which I’ve stayed in - there’s a reason for upgrading !)"

The area had some basic amenities while also being surrounded by natural beauty. I was glad for driving the extra 25 minutes to avoid larger cities and chain hotels.
