"Access to and information about cost of parking not clear prior to booking. I had asked for wheelchair accessible space but none without cars in already (none had blue badge on their windscreen). Not made clear that parking is charged at £20 per night."

"Hotel was absolutely fine for our needs. Needed to be on campus. Contacted the hotel three times, in advance, for a twin room only to find we had a double. No issues once we'd advised reception. Was quickly resolved. Didn't eat in hotel as seemed on the pricey side. If I'm paying £15 for breakfast, ..."

"Greeted with lovely staff members at check in and out, especially as it being our first time. Staff weren’t hesitant at all to provide a good customer service. This studio was clean and spacious - perfect for our girls trip!! Highly recommend"
