L shaped sofa in seating area, tea/coffee facilities with digestive biscuits, two comfy chairs and two chairs on balcony with table. Lovely breakfast. Bar was nice with plenty of comfortable seating. Lovely bed and there was a floor standing fan very welcome in this hot weather. Bathroom was spacious with walkin shower. If went to the area would definitely stay again."

"Old building; would prove difficult for disabled as no lifts. For us no problem apart from Room 227 being a distance away from Reception. Room n bed comfortable; we ate out in town which has a fantastic choice of restaurants n pubs. Good base, central location "
