Set high above Long Beach with leafy bay views, this spacious six-bedroom home is ideal for families and groups looking for room to spread out. Sleeping up to 15, it offers two living areas, a modern kitchen, expansive outdoor entertaining, a large backyard and Wi-Fi, with Long Beach, Maloneys Beach and the surrounding coastline close by.



The Space:

With six bedrooms, two bathrooms and generous living spaces across two levels, this Long Beach home gives larger families and groups plenty of room to come together without feeling crowded.



Upstairs, the light-filled open-plan living, dining and kitchen area takes advantage of the elevated position, with large windows bringing the surrounding trees and glimpses of the bay into the home. Step outside to the spacious deck, where there is plenty of room to enjoy breakfast in the fresh air, settle in with a drink or spend a relaxed afternoon overlooking the backyard and coastal surrounds.



The modern kitchen provides plenty of bench space for preparing meals for a crowd, while two separate living areas mean adults and children can easily find their own space to relax.



Downstairs, a second living area opens directly to the large backyard, providing another casual space for families to enjoy. The generous lawn also gives guests plenty of outdoor room.



The home sleeps up to 15 guests:



Bedroom 1 – Queen bed, upstairs with balcony access

Bedroom 2 – 2 single beds, upstairs

Bedroom 3 – Queen bed, upstairs

Bedroom 4 – Queen bed, downstairs with direct access to the backyard

Bedroom 5 – 4 single beds, downstairs

There are two bathrooms, one on each level, both with a bath and shower, along with separate toilets. The downstairs bathroom also incorporates the laundry with a washing machine and dryer.



Outside, guests can enjoy a large entertaining deck, barbecue area and substantial backyard. There is plenty of driveway and street parking available; however, the garage is not available for guest use.



Linen and bath towels are provided and the beds will be made ready for your arrival. Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the home and outdoor areas during their stay, excluding the garage.



Self check-in is available, with access details provided prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Long Beach is a peaceful coastal area known for its long stretch of shoreline, bushland setting and relaxed atmosphere.



The home is positioned along Northcove Road in an elevated clifftop location, with Long Beach and Maloneys Beach nearby. Murramarang National Park and the surrounding coastline offer plenty of opportunities for beach walks and exploring, while Batemans Bay is an easy drive for supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and shopping.



It is a great location for guests wanting the space and quieter atmosphere of Long Beach while remaining within easy reach of Batemans Bay.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the wider Batemans Bay area and for the easiest access to shops and local attractions.



There is a nearby track leading down towards Long Beach; however, due to the clifftop terrain it is best suited to confident walkers. Guests wanting easier beach access may prefer to drive.



There is ample parking in the driveway and additional street parking available.



Other Things to Note:

The property is not fully fenced, so children should be supervised around the outdoor areas and clifftop surrounds.



A starter supply of basic household essentials is provided for your arrival.



Pets are not permitted.



This property has a strictly no party policy and does not accept Schoolies bookings.



External security cameras operate at the property and monitor the driveway/front approach and rear yard for security purposes.
