We are a boutique vacation rental company​

Our goal is to give you an amazing experience in a beautiful home that has something for everyone.

As a small, local business that is focused on guest experience, we are unique in that we not only own and manage all of our vacation rentals, but we have also built or remodeled each one.

Beach Cabin is a place that feels like home the moment you arrive, with exquisite attention to detail, and high end features throughout. Tucked away in a wooded acre yet just minutes from the Pacific, this cabin is the perfect beach retreat.

A house is being built on the adjacent acre lot, with a 7’ fence and trees in between.

Beautiful beach cabin with a luxury feeling

We were looking for a really nice place to stay for the weekend, something that my husband and I would enjoy and our kids would remember. The home is very beautiful, it was easy to find, everything we could need besides food was made available. The checkout process was far too easy, and the beds were super comfortable. We LOVE this house!

This was our second time staying here, and we absolutely love it. This is by far the best stocked house we've stayed at, with something for everyone. As much as we love the ocean and beach, the house itself is the vacation!

Spectacularly appointed vacation property!

Amazing family cabin!

My sons (ages 13 and 8) had a blast at this cabin! Video games, pool table, hot tub, tvs in every room… There was everything we could ever want (and more!). Everything about the house is thoughtful and artfully curated — even down to the books on the shelf. Loved it! We will be back!

Beautiful labeled property

We had awesome stay. The house is amazing, super organized, modern and well labeled. Every item in the kitchen and in the house is from the top shelf, great quality. I never seen such a well equipped kitchen and the house. You name it, it's there. Lots of entertainment for any age group, from the pool table, ping pong, every movie you can think of, video games to hot tab and many more. Unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy it all and so we're definitely coming back. Beautiful yard with paths for short dog's walk. Little confusing path to the beach but we found it. You can also drive on the beach which is great. Highly recommend this rental!

Father's Day Celebration

We surprised the boys for Father's Day weekend and let me tell you when we arrived late at night the home was just beyond surreal. The Beach Cabin was absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and the detail Toby put into everything was amazing! We enjoyed everything this home had to offer, ping pong, hot tub, corn hole just to name a few. Toby was so accommodating and so responsive! Just a wonderful person. This home will not disappoint, and we are already looking into booking again for the summer! This is a MUST!!! Remotes need help

Everything was great except ps4 remotes don’t charge so couldn’t play Xbox wouldn’t play movies and wee remotes all dead with no spare battery’s so none of the movies or games could be played other than that excellent stay!

Hard to express how great this place is

I have stayed at a lot of rental houses in the last 10+ years but this one is something special. As you can see from the pictures it is an amazing property, the location is great, and the amenities are top notch but what is hard to tell from this is the care and thoughtfulness that has gone into the experience of staying here. There are so many touches that would take forever to catalog here. A lot of rental houses that have DVDs to watch but this place has them organized neatly by genre. Lots of houses have board games to play but they are not just piled upon each other here, they are broken into groups depending on what type of game you are looking for and are labeled with stamped metal labels and a clever indoor scavenger hunt. We were here in the winter so we weren't able to take advantage of some of the outdoor games, but I couldn't think of a single one that they don't have - bocce, lawn darts, ladder toss, corn hole, dominoes, croquet, Kubb for gods sake. We were a little sad the weather didn't allow us to break them out. There are detailed instructions, the owners put together, for everything (pizza oven, fancy coffee makers and milk steamer, 3 types of waffles - so many specialty appliances) even instructions on how to make a fire on the beach - and a large 4 wheeled cart to take everything over the dunes. I am going to stop here but this place is impressive, and you will leave with a higher expectation of what a rental house should provide.

A beautiful home....

Driving into the driveway you get a sense of what you're in for. The lights illuminate the property. Once you enter the home you realize a few things. Toby has a great aesthetic eye and the home is beautiful. From the rustic meets industrial to the extra little things, the game room(s), the heated floors, the hot tub. It is a great home for a family to stay in. Then you look around a little more and realize that as nice as it is, it's not very "cozy". Everything, and I mean everything is labeled. I read Toby's reason for that in the very generic house book and I get it, but it definitely kills the vibe. You will be afraid to touch anything. Having stayed in many houses in the past, I expect a little lived in feel. Maybe a few books and or pamphlets about the area, a guest book (my favorite touch in a rental) this house has none of that. While it certainly wasn't a huge downer it was a downer. The game room(s) are both wonderful and we certainly played many games and had a blast with that. And we did enjoy the hot tub but was always left with the feeling "did I put everything back and do what I was told". With that said the area, town, and beach are great. Very windy, like all the time, but a nice beach. We went on an "adventure" every day and were always happy to return to the home. We did not have much more than 10 minutes of hot water at a time but once we figured out a routine was not a problem. Overall this house really is fabulous. I hope I don't come off as an ingrate, I appreciate every travel experience I get. Just my two cents.

The beach cabin was absolutely PERFECT! The detail they put into everything was amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong table, clam guns, fireplace, and corn hole to name a few. We can’t wait to come back!
