WELCOME TO DUNE CREST BEACH HOUSE, where time seems to slow down and comfort takes center stage. We invite you to relax, create memories and enjoy life's simple pleasures.

This one-of-a-kind 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom beach home radiates charm and comfort, offering a luxurious and comfortable coastal vacation experience that is sure to create lasting memories. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach down a private neighborhood path located at the end of the street which provides easy access to the beach.

Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by a spacious and bright living area, complete with a gas fireplace, comfortable leather sofas, soaring 20 ft ceilings and a wall full of windows that allows plenty of natural light to pour throughout the house. The open concept layout leads seamlessly into the dining area, which features a beautiful table and chairs with seating for 6 and perfect for enjoying meals, board games and puzzles with family and friends.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, fully stocked cabinets with everything you need to prepare delicious feasts, and ample counter space, making it a joy to cook and entertain in. Right off the kitchen is a large family room with a large leather sectional sofa and 75" TV, making it a comfy spot to relax with a good book or watch a great movie.

Upstairs, the three bedrooms are cozy and inviting, each with its own unique style and comfortable bedding complete with custom made duvet covers designed specially for Dune Crest Beach House. The master bedroom boasts a king size memory foam mattress, 50" TV and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and separate walk in shower. The other 2 bedrooms have queen size memory foam mattresses, 50" TV's and share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have 750 thread count Egyptian Cotton Sheets.

Outside is a gorgeously landscaped yard, a 250 square foot back deck with a gas BBQ grill, table and chairs with seating for 6 which provides a relaxing spot to enjoy a good meal, the warm sunshine and gentle ocean breezes. Below the deck, there is an 1,100 square foot patio with a fire pit and adirondack chairs. The beautiful, mature landscaping provides for a very private backyard.

The garage has been converted to a game room featuring an 8' slate pool table, ping pong table, Pop A Shot basketball game, professional Foosball table, corn hole game, 75" TV with a DVD player and an extra refrigerator
