Beach Access:
• 10 to 15-minute walk down a private path to the beach
• 20-minute walk to downtown Long Beach or 3-minute drive
Pets:
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes.
• Up to four dogs allowed
• Extra-large dog crate, two large dog beds, food dishes, toys, dog poop bags and leashes are available.
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine per dog
Parking:
• Parking for up to 6 cars
• Parking on three sides of the house- South (in front of the house), West (parking in yard) and East (driveway)
• Space to park boat or trailer on the West side of the house

• Public Parking for Long Beach is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.
