"It was a nice roomy place but certainly doesn't have good beach view and the light house is on shore look alike light house . It is located close to the beach with easy trails down to the beach but the room itself sits over the parking area looking over to the ocean. Easy check in and out."

"The owners obviously take pride in this unit. It's clean and very inviting. It a top floor unit with views of the ocean surrounding all the windows. The listing said the fireplace didn't work but the wall switch turned the fireplace on with no issues. We would be excited to rent this unit again."

"Appropriately sized and view was terrific. A bit of a walk to the beach and key card to the pool area kept not working even after replaced. Stairs to the loft are steep. Very comfortable beds and nice kitchen. Check in folks were very nice."

"The location of this property is amazing! Proximity to the beach fantastic and we loved the grassy area and short walk. The inside is dated and not the most “kid friendly” as there as sliding glass tables everywhere and slate flooring. However the biggest shortfall was the oven not working and lack of responsiveness from Vacasa (the property management company). We have two very picky eaters and snagged some pizzas and salads to cook at the beach house after a long day in the sun. However the...

"I was working in Clatsop County, OR 30+ years ago when I discovered Gearhart by the Sea! A recent family wedding was the perfect opportunity for me to share this corner of the world with my adult daughter! We truly enjoyed staying at the condo and exploring the surrounding area!! Our vacation is over now but I hope to return soon. Management is very helpful and friendly!"

The directions stated that when we arrived, we should park directly in front of the garage. When we arrived at the address provided in the Vacasa App, we could not locate the home.
