"This house was absolutely wonderful! Lots of room for our party of 5 adults and extremely comfortable and clean. Kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. The host Rick was extremely helpful and returned all our calls/texts in a very timely manner. The house is very close to Oistins for groceries and meals out and very close to Freights Beach for surfing. We would love to stay here again!"

"TURTLEbottom villa has amazing and breathtaking views and easy access to ocean and many near by restaurants.The Villa is beautifully kept and decorated with beach like items and with many amenities.David has been very accommodating and accessible throughout our stay,Driver Sean has been very helpful with airport transfer and willing to ride us to local supermarket.Highly recommend vacation spot and definitely will return,best vacation ever!!!"

"We, couple w two kids (4 yr & 8yr old) had a great stay.Appartment is well equipped and maintained, making it a perfect home base for exploring the island's less crowded northern part and some west coast beaches.Landlord and caretaker both super friendly and helpful.Small minus point is the road at the back of the house so that you might hear some traffic (depending on the hour of the day).The house has direct access to the water but due to the waves / danger of currents it is not the ideal...

"A very inviting home, beautifully designed with high ceilings and an open layout. The pool area was well laid out. The chaise lounges were especially comfortable for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The hosts and property manager, Harriet were always available as needed and Becky was kind enough to extend our stay for a couple hours on day of checkout. "

"This is the perfect house for large groups of friends and families. Ann is one of the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure of working with and Chef Geoffrey is worth every penny. "We enjoyed our stay at the house. The house was clean and contained everything we needed in a house. Cheryl, the house, the lady that welcomed us, was always at hand if you needed her. There was only one thing missing: transport. However, we hired a car, which gave us a lot of freedom to travel around. We would stay there again."

"The hotel is very clean and there are plenty of staff on hand to help, especially at reception. We were very well looked after and well fed. Our ocean view room was lovely and quiet and the beds were very comfortable. We loved all the water sports directly on the beach which were included. We never had to wait for any activities and all kit was provided. We enjoyed the complimentary water taxi up to Payne’s Bay where we saw turtles and a tarpon! The sea was clear and warm and the small beach at Waves well kept. Being brought lollies, melon and drinks on the beach was great. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so special. "
