"Everything about our stay here was great. A friend and I went from Aug. 29 to Sept. 3. It was quiet due to the time of year, which was perfect, not terribly crowded. Upon check in, Ruth was amazing and was able to accommodate a request of two single beds instead of a queen. All of the staff were wonderful. Alicia (sp?) at the restaurant, Gary (concierge with booking excursions and helping us rent our bikes). I loved having the bicycles available to use to go to the Grace Bay shops. "

"This property is amazing! We had a fantastic time celebrating my son's first birthday here. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially the ladies in the breakfast lounge—they were so friendly and helpful, and my husband and I really enjoyed chatting with them. Staff was so kind enough to have balloons blown up and send over some treats for my sons first birthday. Everyone at the resort was polite and welcoming. We'll definitely be returning and recommending this place to friends...

"We had a wonderful stay for 4 nights. It was very quiet and peaceful. We had a partial ocean view suite, and the unit was roomy and comfortable. Only negative was that the furnishings were a bit worn and could use some updating. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was very good."

Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. "Iliana was a great host. I would definitely stay here again. The beach is very close by, the walk was only about ten minutes. There can be a lot of stairs so prepare for that. Loved all the restaurants nearby, favorites were Baci and Mango Reef."

"Overall, our stay at the Ports of Call was excellent. The staff were very accommodating and professional. The location of the property was ideal for activities/restaurants in the area.
