"Great location for downtown SA (right next to the Alamo), friendly staff, great breakfast to kick off the day. Our room was also ready before noon which was a nice surprise!"

"We had a great stay at Hotel Contessa and would definitely return. The location on the River Walk is excellent, our room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly throughout our visit. The rooftop pool area was a highlight with great views of the city. The only minor issue was that the rooftop pool bar wasn’t staffed when we visited on a Saturday afternoon, and we couldn’t find any posted bar hours. Not a big deal, but something that could be improved. Overall, a wonderful experience and an easy recommendation for anyone visiting San Antonio."
