"Perfect home base for fishing and boating at Flaming Gorge! We loved our visit so much last year, we brought grandkids this time. The fenced in yard is so nice to let kids run around and the backyard grill and fire pit are great amenities for evening meals. Plenty of room for boat parking out front. The grocery store is right down the street too. We will be visiting again!"

"The lodge was ready for us to move in. It was clean and tidy. The lodge was perfect for the 10 of us. Plenty of places to recreate inside and out. The kitchen was very adequate. Nice stove, range and microwave. Plenty of outlets for coffee, toaster, crock pots, etc. Ceiling fans kept the air cool on warm August days. The bedrooms were good sized. The small bedroom with bunk beds was perfect for our granddaughters. The bathrooms were very adequate. The bathroom with the claw tub requires a high step up. The large room upstairs with the pool table was a winner. The ping pong/basketball room also was very fun. The back deck was great for stargazing. The front porch was sooo great early in the morning rocking while sipping a cup of coffee. The Roku TV offered late night entertainment for those not quite ready for bed. The chipmunk and hummingbird watching was delightful. Overall, a really great place to stay."

"The house was clean and fit our needs well. It was in close proximity to both boat launches. Quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. It was the right size for our family. The kitchen had what we needed to cook when we didn’t want to eat out. Parking worked well for us with our adult children coming from different areas. Would definitely stay there again."
