"Our room was clean and comfortable. When booking, request a room at the back of the building. Our first night was a Saturday and the music from the pub across the street was SO LOUD we couldn’t sleep. Hotel staff kindly moved us to another room at the back of the hotel which was much better. Staff was very helpful. Alan from the front desk helped us find some cardboard to protect some prints we had purchased at the Craft Village. He went above and beyond for us."

"We stayed while we attended a wedding elsewhere very spacious room just needs a wee up date as no changing plug sockets the bathroom is looking old needs up dated we had an amazing view of the foyle river and guild hall looked stunning at night all lit up staff were so lovely breakfast was so many choices to have really enjoy it and lovely strong coffee we didn’t get to use the bar as we were out but it looks good I just didn’t like the charge of £14 a night for car parking under the hotel but hopefully we will visit again soon"

"Nice large room with high ceiling but could have done with some renovation (window frames etc.) Comfortable bed and furnishings. Access to a fully equipped kitchen and lounge was very useful and comfortable. No real place to leave my bicycle but it was indoors and safe nontheless. I really enjoyed the walking tour of Derry provided by staff at a reasonable price. The staff were only available at their sister location around the corner which could be a little inconvenient. To reach the bathroom I had to go up and downstairs and there was no mirror in the bathroom. The carpets were badly stained in some places."
