"The Abbey Bed and Breakfast was a quaint and pleasant stay. The staff were very nice. The rooms were private and spacious. We were a bit confused about check in and wish we received more guidance ahead of time about parking, how to enter the building, etc. The bathroom wasn’t in the best condition. But overall, pleasant stay and wish we could have stayed longer"

"If this property had air conditioning it would be perfect… We were brought a fan without issue, but had to “build” a place for it to sit to be effective due to the lack out outlets near the bed… Staff were helpful, wonderful location, accommodation comfortable… the addition of air conditioning would make it damn near perfect. Love Derry, wonderful town! "

"Some items of breakfast were cold. Had to wait for other items to be replenished. Noisy exterior immediately outside window. Pleasant and helpful receptionists, concierge and bar staff. Would have been nice to have a fridge in the bedroom. "

"The room was a little dated with torn carpets and signs of wear in the bathroom. The room was comfortable enough although there was noise outside late at night and early morning with staff emptying bins. The bar was good and outside seating areas were a nice addition. A half hour walk along the river takes you into the city."
