Location superb close to Hyde Park. Lancaster Gate and Paddington. Hotel felt faded but the bed was clean and the bathroom was serviceable. Great price for the central London location - just don’t expect too much from the hotel … it’s a place to sleep and not much else

For a budget this hotel has an amazing location, very short walk from Paddington and Lancaster Gate tube station.
Some lovely restaurants in the area and coffee shops. 4 minutes walk from Hyde Park.
The room mattress is thin to the point of you think you can feel the bed springs, but not so bad you can’t sleep. The bathroom is best described as compact and Bijou, let’s say totally unsuitable for the average size of our American cousins.
But yes I’d stay again as the location is perfect and the price reasonable
I would avoid staying here at all costs. I typically don’t write reviews but this place was terrible. I think I am a pretty nice and friendly person, I am always kind and have worked many service jobs. First interaction was pretty bad, I got to the hotel early and asked if I could check in early, guy at the desk said no rooms available so not possible. No big deal completely understand, asked if I could leave my bags, he had me fill out a QR code where I would have to pay to leave a bag? I asked if that was correct, he then said £30 for early check in. That didn’t make sense because he just said they were fully booked and had no rooms available. Then paid to get the room, it smelled disgusting, was incredibly gross, and did not feel clean. The fan in the bathroom was super loud and would not turn off, asked the people at the desk how to turn it off and they said not possible. Then had to argue a bit and they said they would move me to a different room when one was available later in the day. Left and came back, moved to new room, better but still gross. The bathroom so incredibly small and smelt vile. Worst bed, so worn out you could feel every spring. The window wouldn’t close and was open about 6 inches (London in October so pretty freezing every night) and the pull down blind was broken and barely hanging on so could adjust it. Didn’t end up staying for my full booking checked out early and got a new hotel. Also saw at least 4 other guests arguing with staff. AVOID

Cheap and quiet hotel. Room could do with a refresh, and tv didn’t work. Mattress could also do with being replaced. For a one night stay it was ok.
Absolutely wonderful! Situated in a beautiful, great location, near transportation, numerous dining options. My favorite aspect of it is that it’s near Hyde park!

Short walk from the underground and lots of dining options. Hotel is good enough for london considering the price.
5 minute walk from Paddington. Pretty bad, like maybe they run some illegal business and the hotel is a front. Worst bed I've ever slept on. But it had a good shower in the room and many London hotels have only shared bathrooms. I saved 40 dollars and I'm still doubting that that was worth it. But the shower was nice.

Good location. No staff was present when I arrived to check in. Room was in fine condition. Garbage was left behind the bed, inbetween the bed and the window. No toilet paper or hand soap in the bathroom.
Nice people. Great Area. Accomodations were lovely. Communicative staff and very helpful and accomodating. This place let us check in speedily, check on us throughout the stay and the facility was nice enough.

If I were 20 years old again and traveling with friends, this hotel would have been fine. The rooms were extremely small and I couldn't even turn around in the shower. Young people wouldn't mind; I did.
I was worried about staying here because of previous bad reviews but for the price I paid in the location. It wasn’t bad and the service was amazing. They always wanted me to be comfortable and have the best stay possible so if you’re looking for something in this location at a low rate I think this is a decent choice
It is not 5 stars hotel, you cannot expect that much, however, the hotel has good location, there are 2 underground stations, some restaurants and grocery stores around that place. It is very convenient. If you are looking for clean, and convenient hotel to stay, I strong recommend.
