Stylish Notting Hill Studio Flat that can sleep 4 people

Situated near Westbourne Grove, the property is a wonderful newly refurbished studio flat in the heart of Notting Hill.

The flat is just a few yards from lots of great local restaurants shops and supermarkets whilst positioned in a quiet road.

Getting around London from here is easy. It’s a 10 minute walk to 3 tube stations and many buses stop nearby.

It’s only a brisk 10 minute stroll to Hyde Park

Perfect for up to 4 people, it is well designed to make the most of the space with a king sized double bed and a very comfortable, easy to operate king sized double sofa bed.

It has a fully equipped Kitchen with granite work tops and a breakfast bar.

The kitchen is fitted with modern high end appliances including a dishwasher, extractor, washing machine, microwave, grill/oven and an induction hob. It includes all you need, with high end cutlery, crockery and glassware.

The coffee table converts into a dining table with space for 4 people.

Bathroom includes a full sized bath and seperate shower unit.

Freshly laundered high quality towels and linen are provided.

There is a 46 inch flat screen JVC TV with a moveable bracket, and Chromecast facilities.

High speed wireless broadband is provided, and a Sony radio/music player is available.

Underfloor heating provided throughout.

We are flexible on check in and out times, and where possible can arrange early or late arrivals and departures.

We can also consider pets staying by prior agreement.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It is very well located and of easy access trough public transportation. The flat was tiny but well equipped. The stay was overall really pleasant. The only down side was that the sofa bed was a little bit uncomfortable and the shower was too tiny.

Excellent location

We stayed 4 nights with teens here the studio is super comfortable, clean and the location is a walking distance from the subways stations, south Kensington gardens, supermarket and plenty of restaurants.Good response from the owner as well. Definitely recommend it.

Neighborhood Vibe for City Adventurers

This basement flat is well located near buses and 3 tube lines for exploring London and a doable walk to/from Paddington station and connections to Heathrow.The neighborhood is lively with shops, pubs, restaurants, and small markets very nearby.We stayed for 13 nights. The furnishings are a bit worn and we would have appreciated more towels, but it is a complete studio as shown and all appliances are functional.The host left a complete instruction sheet and his phone number, and was always responsive to texts.Recommended for multiple night stays.

Canadians Abroad

My husband and I brought my 65 year old parents to London and stayed at the flat. This was our first time using VRBO and David was super easy to work with to make sure we were all set. The flat itself was right by a Main Street with shops and restaurants so made it super easy to get groceries. We walked to Hyde Park (15-20 minutes at slower pace) a couple of times and then grabbed an uber when we were too tired. The neighbourhood was really clean and felt safe. The flat itself was ad described on the listing. Beds were comfy and shower was lovely. We didn’t spend a ton of time in the flat but when we were there it was a great place to relax.

We were very comfortable here. The bed was not a king size via U.S. standards, but very comfortable. No problem sleeping. The location was perfect for our needs. Close to tube stations, grocers, and resturants. Would stay here again.

Great location.

I stayed here with my husband and one year old. David was very communicative and helpful. He allowed us to check in early and provided a pack n play crib for our child. The apartment is in a great location, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, public transit are all within walking distance. We enjoyed our time here.

Cute Little Gem

If you would like to feel what it would be like to live in Notting Hill then this is the place for you. It is a cute basement apartment on a side street just off the hustle and bustle. Close to cafes and restaurants, as well as the tube. Heck, if the weather is ok, its walkable (1-2 miles) to almost everything. Host was great, would definitely recommend.

Great Accommodation for our Short Stay

This property is exactly as advertised. Clean and efficient studio for a two person short stay. Stairs down to the basement flat are a bit daunting, but we managed even with large suitcases. This flat is not the lap of luxury, but we didn’t expect that, and it suited us perfectly.

David was an excellent host. Commutation with him was top-notch. Really nice flat. Very open layout. The heated floors were fantastic. Great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops for whatever you needed. Very safe as well if you just wanted to stroll around. Tube was only 5 minutes away. There were always buses and taxis all around if you wanted to take them.

A perfect spot in London

This basement flat provided the perfect base for a few days in London. The location was perfect with many sights, shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance and a tube station (Bayswater) nearby for those destinations that were a little further. The flat was much bigger than I expected with plenty of space for two of us. It was spotless and had all the amenities we needed, including fast WiFi. David was an excellent host. He communicated clearly and quickly and was always informative and friendly. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay in London.

Modern flat close to great ethnic restaurants

We had some difficulty finding the lockbox with the keys and once found, we tried for quite some time to unlock the door before we realized that there were 2 locks, one of which was low on the door and covered. The place was comfortable for two people and beautifully renovated. We loved the many ethnically diverse restaurants in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, the outside of the building was covered with scaffolding to renovate the building's façade. That partially blocked an already very narrow stairway and made it even narrower. I would not have rented the place, had I known about it. Easy access to the tube.
