Very well equipped apartment which occupies the ground floor of a refurbished Italianate Villa built in 1890.

There is a private terrace with gas BBQ and beautiful seating where you can even pop on a gas fire for those slightly nippier evenings.

The living room boasts a cosy gas 'log' burner, comfy sofa and armchairs where you can nestle in for the evening to watch a movie on the 42" TV .

The kitchen has a fridge freezer, double ovens incorporating microwave and an induction hob. You can dine casually at the large island or at the dining table for a more formal setting - Alexa is close by to provide the ambient music !

The master bedroom boasts a comfortable super king bed and the large adjoining ensuite bathroom creates a spa like experience.

The double bedroom is decorated in relaxing neutral tones and adjacent to a wet room style ensuite bathroom with rain shower.
