"Our stay was alright. We had a few issues with door keycards not working, but everything in the rooms was fine and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was good and there was ample free parking."

"Absolutely incredible stay! Started with the staff that were so welcoming and knowledgeable, then the rooms were so clean and well maintained, you got served breakfast and dinner plus adults get 3 drinks per night. Location was incredible for walking and feeling comfortable doing so! Will definitely recommend and stay again if in the area."

"The room was clean and the decor was unique and fun. Elevators were good sized which isn’t always the case in Graduate hotels. Valet parking attendants and front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Carts were convenient to Valet and there were enough of them. . The room was not comfortable for me. It was more than humid; damp is a better word. It got better as the night went on, so I think they didn’t turn on the A/C until shortly before I got there. The bed seemed too firm, although that is a personal preference. The A/C was really loud and my bed was vibrating from it.. There wasn’t any tea in the coffee set up, and the property didn’t even have black tea when I called and spoke with guest services- only chamomile"

"Fabulous staff and a great lobby with plenty of room. There are comfortable couches for lounging and chairs and tables for working. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. There is a coffee maker w/premium coffee and tea and complimentary water. I enjoyed happy hour at the bar one day when the weather was nice. Would definitely go back!"

"I was charged for using the in room safe. 1) I never used it. An assumption was made. Even if someone uses the safe, the hotel had no way of validating it was used 2) Use of the safe is an optional amenity. Just like on site parking. I did not request this optional amenity and yet it was automatically added. It’s a PER DAY charge. 3) I called the hotel and asked to speak with the manager to better understand this policy of automatically charging. As of now, I have no response or call back. This is unethical and unprofessional."
