The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs.

Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the king beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bedroom windows provide a beautiful vista of the vibrant cityscape, making it an ideal spot to relax and take in the sights of London.

The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). Elephant and Castle is a vibrant neighborhood in South London, known for its excellent transport links via the Bakerloo and Northern tube lines and numerous bus routes. The area has undergone major redevelopment, featuring modern apartments, shops, and a variety of restaurants. Key attractions include the iconic Elephant and Castle statue, the Imperial War Museum, and the bustling Mercato Metropolitano, a popular food market. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
