Awful - Never Stay Here.
We had to book a hotel for our first day because the host did not get back to us with check in information and the host only ended up responding when we got VRBO customer support involved. The booking was for two people, but we only got one towel and one roll of toilet paper for a week. There’s no lift, so we had to carry our luggage up five flights of narrow stairs. The building also did not feel secure at all. There’s no wifi and the service is not good in the building. We lost power during our trip and the host was not responsive, so we had to contact VRBO in order to restore it. There was mold in the shower and the shower head was taped together. No hairdryer, the fridge didn’t work, and there was no way to do laundry. The only star I’m giving is for the location, which was great. Overall, it was pretty disgusting and did not look like the listing pictures.
