Apartment has all modern amenities, hyperoptic (super fast) broadband, large south facing terrace with tables and chairs and excellent transport links to Heathrow airport, Westfield shopping complex (walking distance) and the centre of London - Oxford Street, museums etc. Use of 2x flat screen TVs, treadmill and full washing and kitchen facilities. Double bedroom plus fold out double if necessary for another 2 guests.

8 minutes walk from beautiful village style Turnham Green, a mile from Shepherds Bush and Westfield Shopping Centre, 5 minutes walk from Acton Overground and Stunning Acton Park with fantastic transport links.

Less than 2 miles from Queens Tennis Club, Barons Court (international pre Wimbledon tournament mid June).

Simon is a wonderful host! He was very prompt in responding to every text message. His place is very clean and conveniently located outside of central London, yet within easy access to the city within 25 minutes. The flat is well equipped with everything one may need and has a lovely terrace/balcony with a bistro table and a sun lounger. We will definitely stay there when we are in London next and recommend Simon's place to everyone we know. Thanks Simon for being a lovely host.

Great property with all the amenities needed in a nice, quiet and convenient location. Good for over the weekend as parking is free nearby from Friday evening. Host was very helpful and kept in communication and replied quickly to my questions. Would recommend

The apartment was very nice. Super clean but smelled of cigarettes. I should have asked about smoking policy. Cons: Clothes dryer in hall draped with laundry just as you walked in, linens need upgrading some pillow coverings were torn and miss matched towels, mattress on bed was smaller than box springs so sheets would not stay on the mattress when sleeping, no coffee pot only an electric pot to boil water super great for tea but instant coffee Ugh. Pro: bright clean apartment, nice neighborhood setting, about 15 - 20 minute walk to Train station. Very comfortable for 2-3 people even with blow up bed in living area. Would have given better overall rating except for no coffee pot and the laundry when we walked in the door.

Simon was so easy to work with and the apartment was just as he described, in fact it looked so much bigger and cozier in person. Public transportation in the area was very easy to use, and it was great that there was a tube station less than a 20 min walk away. The neighborhood was lovely and also felt very safe. There was a wonderful variety of restaurants and cafes in the area. My friend and I used the sofa as a second bed and it was so comfortable as well. Thanks to Simon for facilitating a comfortable stay!

Loveliest host ever! very welcoming and tried his best to make us feel comfortable. flat was clean and felt like home. will stay again and 10/10 would recommend :)
