Terrible hotel
It was a terrible experience.. very poor very dirty hotel with unfriendly, or better yet, rude staff.. my advise is, better pay a little extra and stay in a cleaner place..

Nice
Excellent service and friendly staff. Fridge was not on, little ice available, hairdryer and one lamp broken. Excellent position. Comfortable bed.

Good location
Hotel is close to the Tube. It is on a busy street so if you end up with a room on the street, the noise is loud and if not used to road sounds you'll definitely have trouble sleeping.

Needs renovation
Hotel needs a of of renovation and maintenance. Rooms are old and in need of updating. Elevator and plumbing problems. No refrigerators as they were "saving money". Overall, would not recommend except for the large bathroom in the bottom floor room.

Un séjour agréable dans cet hôtel bien situé.L'environnement était bruyant mais pourvu en commerces de proximité. La chambre familiale pour quatre était grande (N°105) spacieuse et donnait sur une cour aménagée. Des petits déjeuners corrects : du choix et de la quantité. A conseiller pour le rapport qualité prix environnement.

bien situé mais buyant et mal chauffé
Cet hotêl est bien situé pour visiter Londres car bien desservi par les transports en commun: plusieurs lignes de Metro, dont une directe pour St Pancras et aussi des bus. Il est bruyant car les "petites chambres" donnent sur Cromwell road. Si il fait froid il est mal chauffé.

Hôtel charmant dans un très joli quartier!
Chambre propre, classique, assez bien isolée du froid (mais pas assez du bruit malheureusement, car l'hôtel donne sur une avenue assez fréquentée). La salle de bain est propre mais date un peu, l'aération laisse à désirer. Cependant, comme nous ne restions à l'hôtel que pour dormir, la chambre convient pour le prix. L'hôtel est à 3-4 mn de la station de Métro Earl's Court, très joli quartier avec beaucoup de restaurants très bons, dont ''Zizzi'' (resto italien que je recommande chaudement).

Ottima posizione, zona molto tranquilla e piacevole, parchi raggiungibili a piedi, ben servita da bus e tube, molto comoda soprattutto per chi arriva e parte da heatrow. Abbiamo chiesto e ci è stata data una camera silenziosa sul retro ed è stata una buona idea perchè cromwell road è trafficata. Personale gentile servizio buono . Un po' meno bene sotto l'aspetto manutenzione e pulizia.

Bien situé, excellent rapport qualité/prix
Hotel, très bien situé ( à moins de 5 min a pieds de 2 bouches de métro stratégiques ) il est en plus sur la même ligne que l'aéroport ce qui est assez pratique et à peine a 1/4 du centre de Londres. Les alentours sont agréables et il est possible de trouver des pubs dans le secteur pour manger et boire un verre. Les chambres sont propres bien qu'un peu petites, mais bon, pour plus grands au même prix, c'est beaucoup plus loin. Le personnel est toujours au rdv et très souriant. Bref, pour mes futurs week end, je sais que je ne me poserai pas de questions et retournerai la bas sans me poser de questions car c'est vraiment un très bon petit hôtel par rapport à son coût et c'est assez rare pour être précisé à Londres.
