You only get room cleaning on the 5th night. Other than that stay was amazing! Staff was lovely, security was well Implemented. The room was well equipped with a small kitchen, the bathroom was really small but manageable. Grocery located right around the corner and two train stations are located 6 mins walk away. The breakfast was very minimal but provided.

I was surprised to find we were staying in Student accommodation. Our room was actually 3 separate lockable bedrooms with a shared lounge and kitchen. It was adequate. But sparten. There was wayer damage in the bathroom. And both bathrooms were tiny. There was no facility to store our bags, before check in. And i found the reception very unhelpful as to how to store them while we filled in time. After 36 hours travelling, it was quite stressful. When we did return to check in our room was still not ready. We had to wait a further 30 mins. Overall we managed. Not what we were expecting though. It was located near the train station which was convenient. And there was a supermarket around the corner. Notification that it is student accommodation would have been nice

I did not enjoy my stay here, in terms of the room. The mattress was missing and I was forced to sleep on a box spring only. The floors could've been cleaner, extra towels & wash cloths should have been provided! There was insufficient toilet paper, as well. Then on top of that, I was asked to bring my trash out the room to dispose of it. It should be included within a cleaning once I vacate, even with this being a short term rental! The info regarding that request was not provided when I made the reservation!

Ingesamt eine saubere, sichere Unterkunft mit guter Anbindung zum Stadtzentrum (DLR und Bus)! Die Mitarbeitenden waren nett und hatten ein offenes Ohr für jegliche Fragen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt. Die Anbindung in die Innenstadt etc. ist sehr gut. Leider gab es ein paar Unannehmlichkeiten: • Studio für 2P gebucht -> nur ein Besteck- und Geschirrset; auf Nachfrage erhielten wir die Antwort, dass der Roomservice am nächsten Tag jeweils ein weiteres Set bereitstellen würde -> dies ist bis zu unserem letzten Tag hier nicht geschehen • Spülmittel und ein Schwamm befanden sich erst ab dem zweiten Tag in unserem Studio • Es gibt keine Möglichkeit sein Gepäck vor dem Check-in sowie nach dem Check-out in der Unterkunft zu lagern (zB bei früheren/späteren Flügen)
