Good location but flat was not as advertised
We had been sent inaccurate information through the portal about how to check in. This was resolved after I called the emergency number and actually spoke with someone. We arrived to the flat and it was not clean. The property manager responded right away and sent a cleaner the next day. They also arranged an additional cleaning during our 2.5 week stay at no charge and refunded the cleaning fee. The photos are not recent-the flat needs attention. It is tired. The sofa is stained. There is one wardrobe, not several as the description states and not enough space for 2 people for a longer stay. The info about the wifi and where to put the rubbish is all wrong and needs updating. The garden is so overgrown we could not even go out there (see photos below).We stayed here because we were visiting our daughter who lives nearby. The location is in a great, vibrant neighborhood. This could be a good holiday flat-nice size but needs some TLC. The management company responded quickly and did all the right things but the property needs attention.
