"We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. Everything was convenient, and the overall experience was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Looking forward to staying here again!"

"The outside of the building and stairwells are a bit 'tired' looking BUT the foyer entrance was well maintained and the room was very clean. I am very particular about the type of pillow I use so I take my own everywhere I go therefore for me, THE most impressive thing was how comfy the pillows were in the room. That's a first for me in many years of travelling! I had read some reviews saying it was noisy so my friend and I had requested a QUIET (twin) room and were given just that. No outside noise at all even with the window open so a great night's sleep with the comfortable beds spaced on opposite sides of the room rather than side by side. On entering the building, staff were plentiful, welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. It reminded me of an airport; constantly busy yet running like clockwork. The pub, pizza place / cafe were literally on the doorstep and there were plenty of eateries within walking distance. It's ideally situated for local buses and tubes to get around London as well as St. Pancras / King's Cross Stations. If I need to stay that side of London in the future I will definitely use this hotel again, plus it was cheaper than our usual Travelodge / Premier Inn stays and had good (free) WiFi!"
