Once the reservation is made, I will send you additional information about the stay. A Self Check in can be arranged, or alternatively I can come to greet you. Please let me know you preference in advance.
CHECK IN TIME:
Check-in any time after 15:00 (3pm)
CHECK OUT TIME:
Checkout time: before 10:00 (10am) on the departure date.
LATE CHECK OUT:
After 10am (on request and with prior approval). Additional Fees may apply. Subject to availability.
CHECK OUT PROCEDURE:
Please leave the keys in the lockbox and ensure the box code is randomised and cover is closed. Alternatively, leave the keys on the table in the living room and ensure the door is closed properly when you leave.
SMOKING POLICY:
Strictly Smoking is NOT permitted in the apartment or anywhere inside. You may smoke outside in the Front Garden Area. Please dispose of Stubs in the provided disposal areas.
PET POLICY:
No Pets allowed unfortunately. If it is essential, please discuss directly with me and I will let you know if its is possible and the additional charge for cleaning.
Other things to note
There is a large construction site across the road - noise is minimal - but it affects the aesthetic.
Europe's largest train station is currently being built.
The windows and door of the apartment are double glazed - so you will not be affected inside.
