"When I booked this originally I thought it was a residence inn, we get there and its essentially a dorm that is used as a hotel in the summer months. That being said, it was clean and quiet and the A/C worked great. We had a nice large living area and a mini kitchen with a full sized fridge and small dining area. 2 bedrooms on either side of the living area, I believe the beds were full or doubles but we made do, they were pretty comfortable once we brought up our own pillows. Dont expect any frills though. Very basic room, and virtually no amenities. No ice, no pool, no gym, no breakfast. There was coffee during the morning from like 7-11. All in all we would definitely stay here again, especially if coming with a group and planning to stay for a few days to explore Erie and Huron (both within an hour drive)."

"10/10 stay! This property is beautiful. They have done an amazing job of incorporating the old factory into the rooms and common spaces. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful , spacious, comfortable, and with every convenience you could want. The restaurant food and service were also outstanding. Would not hesitate to recommend and stay here again in the future. It’s worth the trip to London alone! "
