"Rooms were nice, neighbors were a little rowdy"

"We were quite impressed with the property and the staff. What we didn't like is that by using VRBO to book the venue, we were charged a resort fee and a cleaning fee that would not have been charged if we had booked it directly. There would have been absolutely no difference in the unit. The resort fee and cleaning fee WAS accurately stated in the online ad and in my email so I'm not complaining about that. My dislike is that the 2 fees I was charged (and paid) were in my opinion unnecessary...

"We all (family and friends) really enjoyed our stay. With 4 bedrooms, large living room, kitchen, breakfast room, dining room and ‘man cave’ plus a patio and pool, we had plenty of room. Only negative is the only way into the house is via steps which were difficult with my bad knees (66 years old). Great view of Lompoc from living room."

"Quaint, quiet converted garage. Very clean. Has all basics except microwave. Easy parking behind house. Would stay again."
