"The resort was lovely. Daily room service was great except they kept forgetting to restock the milk. Would not recommend the horse ride unless they improve the cleaness of the trail and the condition of the horses. The game area - table tennis, darts etc- was a great space. Loved the deck chairs and ocean views. All staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful."

"We stayed at the Palms for 4 nights. On our first night the aircon was leaking quite badly on to the bed so we had to sleep with it turned off. We also only had 2 towels provided in the room for the 4 of us staying here. I mentioned this to housekeeping the next morning and they were very helpful and prompt in resolving these issues. Everything else went smoothly and we really enjoyed our stay here. The cafe made beautiful fresh juices which were a hit with our family. The location was also perfect for visiting the Big Bula water park (The Palms/Terraces are on the Bula Bus route) and for our day trip with South Seas Sailing. Would recommend this accommodation to others. "

"The Shangri-La is a magnificent hotel!! While the facilities are excellent and there is a wide variety of activities available, it is the staff who are the best part of this place. They are friendly, helpful, attentive and so, so supportive. I have stayed here before and I will keep coming back each year as it truly is a wonderful place to stay. "This resort is an excellent place to relax and have a actual holiday. It is located beside the sea, beach and water is excellent for swimming, snorkeling etc. Accommodation was nice, clean and excellent condition. Most staff were friendly and great assistance. The pool bar staff though needs level up in better customer service. Nicely organised with separate adult pool. Quite a few choices of restaurants and food. I will definitely be coming again. Coral coast location is an excellent holiday area."
