"The food was standard breakfast fare, everything that should be hot, was. Room was very nice, bed was comfortable however if your room faces the train tracks, a minimum of 6 trains blow their whistle in the night as they rumble 200 yards away."

"I checked out on Tuesday was told the “money manager” would be calling me because of the cleanliness of our room. No manager called me. I ended up calling them back several times trying to speak to someone and when I did, she was incredibly rude with me. I might as well have been talking to the wall. I told her what it happened. We pulled the sheets back and there was a used corn pad from someone’s foot in our bed, there were dead bugs all over the windowsill and there were disgusting old french fries under the desk, which tells me the floor certainly hasn’t been cleaned. I waited from Tuesday until Friday for this mysterious “manager” only to be treated beyond rude. I wasn’t asking them for anything other than trying to let them know this is what had happened & the condition of our room & she was incredibly rude. I would never stay there again. You’d be better off sleeping under a bridge. It would be cleaner. I am a Wyndham rewards member and this is the absolute worst place in Missoula, Montana that you can find to stay! To find something off of someone else’s foot in our bed only to basically be told I’m a liar by the “manager “is absolutely disturbing. I would not recommend you go there ever ever! Stay away! It is dirty, the “manager”, when you can finally get a hold of her is so rude and just absolutely treated me with little or no respect whatsoever. Stay away from Baymont Inn. Even if you think you’re getting a good deal, you’re not it’s filthy! "

"Great spot with a beautiful view of a little river! The courtyard was nice to have a glass of wine after a long day too. Pool was slightly smaller than I thought it would be. We would definitely stay again though!"

"The "semi handicapped" accessible bathroom was horrible. Way small! Very unsafe, small bathtub, extremely slippery tub, my husband slipped and fell numerous times. He's 6'2" and I'm 5'3", I had to fully lift him to help him out of the shower. Very poorly designed. I've never seen such a setup. I could clearly hear everything said in the next room along with the family with kids above our room. I don't mind kids/families at all but to hear every step, conversation was again poorly designed"

"Front desk manager was so friendly & efficient. Our departure was contingent upon other business & he had us covered with a late check out & another night's reservation in case. Took great care of us under unfamiliar circumstances."

"Property is conveniently located near the interstate. property is in need of update. The shower in ur room, a Handicap room,, was not accessible for someone in a wheelchair."
