"The shower did not for 3 days and the property refused to fix or accommodate a room change. We also expected a self catering accommodation however we only had a microwave. Trying to reach out to the property is near enough impossible as they do not answer the phone and the customer service is awful as we were promised a full refund and are still waiting on the property to get in contact with Expedia. "Just stayed there one night (had flight in the morning from BRU). Great for a one night stay. It’s basically across the street from the Train Station. Easy walk to historic centre and lots of dinning options. No a/c which meant that I had to leave the windows open. It was a bit noisy with traffic and people on the street making noise."
