Dans un 1er temps, il a entièrement contesté nos reproches tout en nous traitant de menteurs et nous menaçant. Mais nous ne nous sommes pas laissé intimider, loin de là. "En arrivant à la gare de La Rochelle, nous avons appelé les propriétaires de la Maison en Ville, et ceux-ci n'avaient jamais reçu une réservation à notre nom et c'était complet!! Nous voilà bien et tous les hôtels à La Rochelle étaient complets à cause du Salon du Grand Pavois! Scandaleux!"

"We had a lovely stay here. The reception staff were really welcoming and helpful. I was a bit surprised because the room picture was of twin beds with space between, but it was made up as a double. I was travelling with my son, so ended up sleeping on the sofa bed, which was easy to pull out, had a bottom sheet already on and additional pillows etc were in the cupboard. The wall cupboards weee tricky for me, as I’m only 5’1” tall!! Fortunately my son is 6’ tall and was willing to reach things...

"It was a great location good cheap buses to town every 15 minutes . Lots of nice food right there . The room we had with a third bed for child - the room was way too small for this and hot and stuffy , ok as a double - not ok as a family room . No air con so very hot in heat wave but at least nice opening window .downstairs and pool area very nice …pay for a balcony I should have it would have been much better . "
