"FIrst of all: The Staff! Super service minded and friendly - Five Stars. Europe is getting hotter and hotter. Unless you're enjoing sleeping in a warm room, you should not book here mid-July or during an European heat wave. The AC doesn't work properly. The rest of the year: Perfect. "In the middle" of the old city, close to everything, especially the railroad station. I'd love to stay here again, but not during high temperatures."

10/10 Excellent

"Came to Cologne for an event so was not at hotel much. Started with an excellent 90 minute massage and then use the spa facilities. Hot tub was a bit cool for my liking but otherwise it was awesome. Beds are super comfortable and housekeeping are very efficient. Happy I chose the Regency Club floor. Breakfast was also very good and they catered to Gluten-Free."

"No parking. We had to park blocks away in a paid parkade that was expensive. Came for the pool but didn’t get a chance to enjoy due to our lateness, as well you have to pay extra for access to it which was not worth the 1-2 hours of potential enjoyment that we could’ve had. We also did not feel that safe in this area of the city where the hotel was. A lot of graffiti everywhere. What appeared to be the ?homeless consuming drugs during our walk from the parkade. I would not come to this hotel again."
