The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, efficient, and exceptionally warm. Special thanks to Pine, Nutty, Milk, Beem, and Tiger for making breakfast truly exceptional. "Great hotel for families and some of the staff were excellent. Other staff were lazy and disappointing. Management has ignored my attempts to provide direct feedback about some serious areas of concern. Seems to be getting renovated. We tolerated poor water pressure, leaking AC unit over the bed, and nails being trimmed by staff in the dining area. If you don’t have high expectations from the service it’s a good place for kids and family. It’s a shame the hotel has so much potential, just needs to employ a strong manager."
