- This is a basement Flat and should have been listed as one
- It can get rather noisy upstairs with banging and a dog running around
- If you are afraid of Dogs, although the connecting door upstairs oppsoite the bathroom is locked, there was a few times the dog was heard near the door.

"We usually stay nearby and were let down by the property owner. Fortunately, this was avaiable and exceeded our expectations.The sun room provided excellent viewing across the ocean and of the bright lunar sky at night. The sound of the ocean at night is very soothing to fall asleep to.The well-equipped kitchen was able to fully accomodate our needs and we were able to use most of our streaming services with the installed tv sets.We were so comfortable that we didn't want to leave."

"We booked for two nights as we had tickets for the Minack Theatre. The welcome Christine and David gave us made us feel at home straight away. The property exceeded our expectations, so clean, comfortable and in wonderful condition. The local information provided was so helpful and it took us no more than 10 minutes to get to the Minack. Perfect!"
