The property has made a tremendous effort to preserve and restore this beautiful fishing village. We stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and dinner in the restaurant.

The staff were very helpful. We wanted to get a late checkout and they jumped through hoops to accommodate this request. Breakfast buffet was amazing.

We stayed 3 nights in the 2 bedroom Stromoybua cabin at the lodge. A friendly staff at the lodge personally showed us inside of the cabin when we checked in. The cabin is roomy, modern and comfortable. It sits right along the water’s edge of the harbor with great view of the harbor. We loved our stay at the Nordic apartments. Nice view of the water, comfortable beds and accommodations.

Great place, super clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet is a little pricey but at the same time great options and good products. The bed was very comfy and not single beds, which seems hard to find. The sauna was also great, only bummer was the windows of the sauna were really dirty from people jumping and splashing the windows. So the view from the sauna wasn’t as we thought. If I come back in the future, I will choose the rooms facing the sea with mountain. Train can opposite to reception is too heavy to open.

Very much enjoyed staying here! It was in a good location for several hikes and it was so nice to unwind in the sauna after a long day of being active outside. There is no shampoo or soap provided in the shower, just something to be aware of!
