"The stay was very beautiful. But the reception service was very bad and I took the tax upon arrival and when checking out the employee claimed that we did not pay and took it again as a result we paid the tax twice and demanded to open the camera and the employee refused"

"Room was very clean. Bed was a little lumpy but I was only there overnight. It was a great price and location. Staff is excellent!"

"Very clean, perfect for business."

"It’s the perfect spot in Amsterdam"

"I like everything it was nice. Everybody was nice."

"Amazing as always! The staff is beyond helpful and accommodating especially when it came to our various requests. We loved the breakfast and restaurant team as well. "Una estadía muy agradable"
